My verification failed (UA), we didn`t have electricity and i was rather late for the sunlight so my Persona was not clear enough 
But you can try to open a ticket. They fixed everything within a week I guess

Не прошел верификацию на Galxe ID. Живу в Украине, нет ID паспорта, есть паспорт старого образца и фото на водительском удостоверении старое (20 летней давности). Подал заявку в центр поддержки. Вероятность положительного решения - нулевая.

I have the same problem. The images were not ok. Is there a way to redo de verification process? Every time I try now I end up straight to the minting page where all my docs are already stored and I can’t restart the process.
