Thanks for this very first proposal, I am sure this only sets the beginning of an exciting journey ahead for Project Galaxy and its community members.
The proposed stages are very straightforward to follow and I agree with the suggested flow: moving from proposals to temperature checks, and final implementations.

Well this part confused me a bit:
“it must have over 50% passing votes with endorsement from wallet addresses holding at least 2,000,000 GAL”
What do you mean by that?
Does it mean if the voters have less that that amount, then the proposal is rejected automatically?
