I have problems with NFT claim and asked in Discord support for that. My GALXE account was deleted as a result. How can I restore my Galxe discord account, is there any way for it? Can anybody help me?

Did I understand you correctly? - were you removed from the Galxe server in Discord? If this is correct - try visiting this link - Galxe
if that doesn’t work, then you’ve been banned for violating the Server Rules.

Hi Egor, thanks for the answer. Yes, it seems I’ve been banned but I do not understand why? I did not bang server rules, I’ve just asked why I had been unable to claim NFT, whenever I fulfilled all requirements. The question is how to address admins and to remove my account from banned list. Is there any idea?
